Looking Down: Looking down someone shows an uncomfortable situation. If someone looks down, s/he is possibly feeling guilty.

Looking Down and Right: It might refer to sensory impression. This happens when they to remember a taste, feeling or smell.

Looking Down and Left: It shows that the person is talking to himself either loudly or inside his head.

Looking Straight: If you want to understand that whether or not someone lies you, look at her eyes. When s/he tells a lie, s/he looks straight at you to conceal the lie.

Doe Eyes: If someone softens his eyes (called as doe eyes), it might mean relaxation or trust. It is also an indicator of interest.

All in all, our eyes give messages to other people more than our speech.
